You Have to MOVE in Order to Move.
When you are incapacitated, that is easier said then done, but the fact is you need to move. Even if it’s walking at a snails pace, or cycling your arms in the air, movement helps.
Water is the fastest and easiest way to tackle constipation. Dehydration reeks havoc on our digestive and intestinal functions. Taking medication increases our chances of dehydration so you need to drink a minimum of eight, 8 ounce glasses each day.
Adding high fiber and roughage to your diet will help.
